How do I register with Mobile Phone Care?
You need to be an AngelCare member. Call our customer services team on 0845 3034005 to sign up, or simply buy on-line.
How much does it cost?
This service is free to all AngelCare customers.
How many contacts can I store?
You can store up to 500 names and their numbers in your account.
How do I cancel?
You will be provided with details as part of your AngelCare membership.
How do I know that my data is safe?
We regularly back up all your contacts on secure servers as well as on our secure main server, offering double the protection. Like you, we take our security very seriously.
I've got a new handset and want to upgrade to Sync-Restore from SMSRestore or Web-Restore: how can I
do this?
You do not need to take any action to upgrade - as long as your new handset has the required sync-ml software installed, you can synchronise with the system straight away.
Does the system only backup the contacts on my SIM card?
No, if you're able to use the Sync-Restore system you can backup your entire phone and SIM at the same time. If you use the SMS-Restore system you can forward contacts to the system from any location on your phone.
Is the system network dependent?
The system is fully compatible with all the networks listed on the website. Even if you move your phone contract to a different network you can continue using the Keycare system without a problem.
