How to make a complaint

We will endeavour to act fairly and reasonably at all times and provide you with a professional service. Should you have any complaints about the service provided, please contact us in writing to Keycare Ltd, Complaints Department, 2A Westgate, Baildon BD17 5EJ or telephone us on 01274 599117.

If you cannot resolve your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London SE1 9EA.

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.

Privacy Policy

At Keycare we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you simply to provide you with information you request together with details of updates and improvements to our site. all your information is handled in accordance with the Data protection Act of 1998.

Information Collected

We only collect the information that you actively provide us with. Anonymous information is collected, such as the number of visitors to the site in a given period, but is purely statistical and cannot be used to identify an individual user. Cookies are not used to collect any information from visitors to the website. Visitors interested in Keycare can provide contact details via a fill-in form. Visitors cannot be contacted unless such information is given.

Use of Information

We will both use your data other than to pass to third party organisations who help in providing the Keycare service, full details of whom are available upon request.

Keycare takes appropriate measures to safeguard the information it holds from unauthorised access or improper use. Keycare has a strict security policy with which members of staff must comply as a condition of employment and external access to they system is permitted. Keycare continually ensures that its security procedures are regularly updated. Any third parties to whom information is transferred are made aware of this and are also required to take reasonable precautions to protect transferred information. All areas of Keycare’s website where information is collected are secure. Information is transferred from our website using 128 bit encryption technology.
