How to make a claim if your keys are lost or stolen

When you discover that your keys are missing:

• Please call our 24 hour emergency helpline on 0845 3030550.

• Please have your unique key fob number ready, which will enable us to retrieve your policy details.

 

You will be asked to confirm the circumstances of lost keys or stolen keys, allowing us to agree the best course of action to take.

If the keys attached to the keyfob are lost and remain lost for a period of 3 days, a claim can be submitted. If keys are stolen a claim can be made immediately.

Keycare works on a pay and claim basis therefore all original receipts for costs incurred, due to lost keys or stolen keys, should be retained.Such receipts must be made availabel at the request of Keycare Limited

Once Keycare validates the claim, subject to the claim limit, a cheque will be issued.
