“I must say I am extremely impressed by the level of service I have received from the day I reported the loss to your company, to the settlement of this claim. My first contact was by phone on the 10th March and the gentleman I spoke to was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. The claim form arrived almost by return and was completed and sent back to you Monday 17th March, together with the receipt regarding change of locks etc. These documents must have been received by you on the Tuesday and, to have a cheque in settlement on Wednesday, left my speechless (not an easy task!).
