Key Recovery

  • Access to nationwide network of locksmiths and car hire

Key Protection

  • Replacement keys, replacement locks and locksmith assistance charges up to £1000 per annum
  • Car hire for up to 3 days when stranded due to lost keys or stolen keys
  • Locksmith call out charges will be paid where your keys are locked in a property or vehicle or broken in a lock, within the £1,000 annual limit per registered key fob.
  • Cover is also provided for the cost of opening safes, public transport or reasonable taxi fares, reprogramming immobilisers and alarms

AngelCare

AngelCare is a new product from Keycare which provides a range of Lifestyle Protection benefits to the user. Although the protection of keys remains at the core of this new product, even this basic cover has been enhanced to ensure minimal inconvenience to the member following loss or theft of their keys.

Key Protection

The current product specification provided by Keycare will include the following improvements:

  • Increased limit on cover for lost or stolen keys of £2500
  • No inner limit on call out charges for locksmiths
  • Overnight hotel accommodation included for up to £250 if stranded as a result of  lost or stolen keys
  • No up front costs where emergency locksmith assistance is required.
  • Emotional support. Help and reassurance from our team should the customer become a victim of crime.
  • Phone ahead service  - if the customer is delayed as a result of losing keys or having them stolen Keycare will make any calls in order to update and reassure anxious relatives, friends or colleagues.

Lifestyle Protection

Utilising our experience in providing and managing assistance related losses we have introduced a series of additional features which we feel are relevant to today’s consumer. These are:

Card Protection: a facility which allows the customer to register all of their credit cards with us and, following their loss, allows the customer to make one call to us whereupon we will arrange for their immediate deactivation and the issue of replacements

Identity Protection:  provides a confidential assistance helpline providing first line support and simple effective information to help the customer to prevent, detect and resolve concerns they may have regarding the theft or possible theft of their identity.

Mobile Phone Assistance:  we provide a facility  which allows the member to record and update all of the information which is stored within their mobile phone directory. Upon loss or theft of the phone the data can be retrieved.

Retail Discounts:  we provide access to a wide range of retail discounts by way of a nationally recognised discount card. The card is accompanied by a brochure which explains where the discounts are available and at what levels.
