We worked closely with the broker to produce a fully branded solution. The key fob, policy schedule and welcome letter were all branded to specific company brand guidelines, which offered a fantastic marketing opportunity.
The Keycare team provided tailor made staff training material so all the relevant staff were updated as to what the product was, how it worked and what was expected of them once the scheme launched.
The scheme has been a big success - Keycare is sold as an "opt out" on all new and renewal business. Achieving a 60% conversion rate and up to 3,000 Keycare sales per month it has proved to be an excellent tool for generating a substantial non-risk additional income to the business.
