The best insurance I have
After losing my key I was so worried as I needed my car for work. I didn’t need to worry. One phone call and I was back on the road. Keycare were so helpful. I will be using these for all the family. The best insurance I have.

Very efficient staff

I would like to commend you on your excellent, magnificent, unbelievable service offered to the public.
We took out breakdown cover with GEM and we were provided with Keycare fobs for our keys. Foolishly we did not renew the Keycare cover when the first year ran out.
I received a text from my daughter – “I’ve lost my keys!” This included at least 2 car keys, our house key and her university flat keys!! The post came, including a letter addressed to my daughter from Keycare! Within 40 minutes she had her keys back.
Keycare could have said sorry you didn’t renew, but no, when the call came, which was at least 4pm the previous day, (the last time my daughter had them in her possession). A letter was written, dispatched and delivered to our home address. (Great team work by Keycare and the Post Office), giving us the news that the keys had been found and we had the opportunity to renew to receive further cover for one year and get our keys back instantly. Thank you SO much.

Effortless and efficient operation
May I express my thanks to all the people I have had contact with in regards to my recent claim. From start to finish the whole process was properly explained and all in a friendly manner.
I had only had the fob for a couple of weeks before my keys were stolen and getting replacement keys and locks at both my house and car was really straightforward and carried out without delay. Lorraine who called was most polite and helpful to myself and my wife and locks were changed within house, which eased our anxiety at a stressful time.
